📋 Description

• Manage and support the ServiceNow platform lifecycle, from planning and deployment through maintenance and optimization • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize MID server management (Linux) for large-scale environments • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot connectivity issues between ServiceNow and infrastructure systems • Serve as a platform administrator, providing expertise on platform experience and configuration • Provide basic architecture insights to guide design and scalability decisions • Support CI/CD pipeline integration and automation within ServiceNow environments • Partner with infrastructure and application teams to resolve technical challenges and improve efficiency • Document processes, designs, and troubleshooting procedures to support knowledge sharing and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow or IT systems engineering experience for Mid-Level Role • Minimum of 10 years of systems engineering experience for Senior-Level Role • At least 6 years working with the ServiceNow platform • ServiceNow platform administration and configuration • Linux server management (including MID servers) • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Basic architecture design and system integration
