📋 Description
• Lead the writing process – plan, draft, and deliver professional, persuasive bid responses that align with customer needs, win themes, and evaluation criteria. • Collaborate widely – work closely with Bid Managers, Coordinators, and subject matter experts to storyboard, refine, and strengthen proposals. • Elevate content quality – edit and polish inputs from stakeholders, ensuring a consistent voice, clear messaging, and standout presentation. • Bring solutions to life – create executive summaries, case studies, and supporting visuals (charts, tables, infographics) that demonstrate value and impact. • Drive continuous improvement – share best practices, update content libraries, and contribute fresh ideas that make our bid process more effective and efficient.
🎯 Requirements
• A degree in English, Communications, or a related field, with proven writing expertise and a passion for persuasive storytelling. • Exceptional English proficiency (CEFR C2); fluency in a second language is a plus. • Several years of experience in bid writing, ideally spanning both public and commercial sector proposals. • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to distill complex solutions into clear, customer-focused benefits. • Excellent editing, writing, and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with stakeholders from technical experts to senior leadership. • Confidence with MS Office, Google Suite, and content management systems (experience with Adobe Acrobat is a plus).
