📋 Description

• Implement, maintain, and support advanced network infrastructure systems, primarily focused on the Cisco networking platform, for Iron Mountain’s UK Government Sector partnership • Implement and maintain advanced data center network technologies, including network segmentation, next-generation firewalls, security threat protection, SD-WAN, content delivery/load balancing, and advanced flow mapping tools • Provide full lifecycle management for equipment across UK Secure Data Centers and UK field offices, including component inventories and capacity management reporting • Review and assist with project deployment plans and drive execution alongside project managers and Risk Management • Guide and mentor network administrators and engineers • Produce regular management reports on KPIs/KRIs, metrics, and security and compliance initiatives for senior leadership • Collaborate with operations, broader IT leadership, third-party vendors, and professional services to execute strategic projects and maintain a secure network environment

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a UK Citizen • Must have resided in the UK for the previous five consecutive years • Must successfully pass or hold governmental security clearance • Proven deep experience in non-management IT infrastructure roles focused on high-availability, secure corporate or government networks • Deep technical expertise in Advanced Cisco Systems Platforms, including ACI Switching, Wireless, and ISE • Advanced SD-WAN functionality knowledge • Public Cloud Networking experience • Hands-on experience with advanced content delivery platforms such as F5 and Riverbed • Familiarity with IT operations in an always-up, always-available service environment, CI/CD, process improvement, and third-party vendors/professional services • Ability to influence and communicate excellently at all levels • Ability to proactively solve complex project challenges and create growth opportunities for peers
