📋 Description

• Implement, maintain, and support advanced network infrastructure systems—primarily focused on the Cisco networking platform. • Implement and maintain advanced Data Center Network Technologies, including Network Segmentation, Next-Generation Firewalls, Security Threat Protection, SD-WAN, Content Delivery/Load Balancing, and advanced flow mapping tools. • Provide full lifecycle management for all equipment across Iron Mountain UK Secure Data Centers and UK Field offices, including maintaining component inventories and capacity management reporting. • Review and assist with project deployment plans, drive execution alongside PMs and Risk Management, and actively guide/mentor fellow network administrators and engineers. • Produce regular, accurate management reports related to KPIs/KRIs, metrics, and the status of security and compliance-related initiatives to present to senior leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record of deep experience in non-management IT infrastructure roles, with a focus on high-availability, secure corporate or government networks. • Deep technical expertise in Advanced Cisco Systems Platforms (including ACI Switching, Wireless, and ISE), Advanced SD-WAN functionality, and Public Cloud Networking techniques. • Hands-on experience with Advanced Content Delivery Platforms, such as F5 and Riverbed. • Strong familiarity with IT operations in an always up, always-available service environment (CI/CD), process improvement techniques, and collaborating with third party vendors/professional services. • Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate excellently at all levels, solve complex project challenges proactively, and create growth opportunities to stretch and develop peers.
