• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of hyperscale customer deployments, including white space readiness and fit-out • Manage critical path project schedules • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and Sales, Design, Construction, and Operations teams • Ensure technical scope alignment and requirement fulfillment • Identify and resolve blockers • Manage customer scope changes and internal change requests, including Non-Recurring Charges, work orders, and technical scope updates • Review and interpret customer service orders, statements of work, and technical requirements • Coordinate hyperscale design reviews with customer engineering teams and internal design and construction teams • Ensure successful, on-time delivery of complex multi-megawatt data center projects per contractual requirements • Orchestrate contractual compliance and technical alignment for multimillion-dollar hyperscale data center builds
• 10+ years of experience as a technical program manager supporting data center construction or infrastructure program management • Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including commissioning, power distribution, cooling systems, and rack-level fit-out environments • Proven ability to lead cross-functional spheres of influence • Ability to innovate processes and excel in high-velocity, nebulous environments
