📋 Description
• Oversee service operations for industrial refrigeration systems (ammonia and CO₂ applications) • Ensure excellent maintenance, repair, and emergency service performance • Maintain safety, profitability, and client satisfaction • Provide hands-on leadership for service managers and technicians • Execute regional service plans aligned with corporate strategy and goals • Collaborate with executive leadership and peer directors to improve service quality and customer retention • Monitor scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation to improve efficiency • Track and report on key performance indicators (response time, quality, customer satisfaction) • Maintain and strengthen relationships with regional clients and key accounts • Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure technicians follow best practices for ammonia and Freon systems
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience) • 7+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration or HVAC service operations • 3+ years of leadership experience managing field service teams or multi-site operations • Strong working knowledge of ammonia and CO₂ refrigeration systems • Proficiency with service management software, ERP systems, and reporting tools • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. • Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest region.
