📋 Description

• Assist clients with retirement-plan and benefit-payment inquiries • Explain lump-sum distributions, rollovers, death benefits, and loan withdrawals • Support payment processing, check reconciliation, tax forms, ACH, debit-card, and bill-payment inquiries • Resolve client concerns accurately while delivering exceptional customer service • Follow established procedures and maintain accurate client records

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in financial services, banking, retirement benefits, 401(k), insurance, healthcare claims, payment processing, or call-center operations • Strong customer service and professional telephone skills • Familiarity with financial transactions and payment systems • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inquiries • Comfortable working flexible rotational schedules, including night and overnight shifts • Availability for 24/7 operations, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
