📋 Description

• Handle inbound client calls, emails, and service requests • Assist with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and general inquiries • Document all activity accurately within the agency’s management system • Maintain daily accountability tracking including: Incoming and outgoing calls, Alerts worked (critical and standard), Notes completed and tasks resolved • Communicate professionally with agency staff and iStaff Pros management • Follow agency workflows, procedures, and service expectations • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

🎯 Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license • Minimum 2 years of insurance customer service or agency office experience • Ability to pass a background check • Dedicated home office with reliable internet • Strong phone presence and written communication skills
