📋 Description

• Build and maintain automations within HubSpot and related tools. • Connect HubSpot with 3rd-party platforms via **Zapier**, **Make (Integromat)**, or **API connections**. • Create and manage task and project workflows in **Monday.com**, **ClickUp**, **Asana**, or similar tools. • Understand and document business processes to translate them into automation logic. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper flow between integrated systems. • Test, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows for efficiency. • Collaborate remotely with the U.S.-based team and provide proactive suggestions for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with **HubSpot**, **Salesforce**, **Zoho CRM**, **Pipedrive**, or similar CRM systems. • Knowledge of **automation tools** such as **Zapier**, **Make (Integromat)**, or **native integrations**. • Experience using **project management platforms** (e.g., **Monday.com**, **Asana**, **ClickUp**, or **Trello**). • Strong logical thinking and understanding of **if/then workflow logic**. • Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset. • Excellent written and verbal English communication. • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
