📋 Description

• Design, build, and optimize HubSpot automations and workflows (from simple to advanced). • Set up and manage integrations with other systems (via APIs or third-party tools). • Customize HubSpot pipelines, forms, and reporting dashboards. • Troubleshoot issues and maintain clean, accurate CRM data. • Train internal teams on using HubSpot efficiently. • Stay updated on HubSpot features and recommend improvements. • Partner with leadership to align automation strategy with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience with HubSpot CRM and automation workflows. • Proven track record building complex automations (beyond simple workflows). • Experience with API integrations and connecting HubSpot to external platforms. • Strong analytical skills with ability to create and interpret CRM reports. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Bonus: HTML/CSS knowledge, experience with other CRMs or marketing automation tools. • Must be able to work EST hours Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm EST (15:00 to midnight South African time) — subject to US daylight savings. • Required to work on both South African and US public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA). • Internet: fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet connection mandatory. • Reliable power backup solution required to manage load shedding and power outages. • Applicants without a fixed fibre line or power backup cannot be considered. • Must be based in South Africa.
