📋 Description

• It4us is seeking an Information Security Consultant with experience in Forcepoint DLP to provide support, maintenance, tuning and evolution of the solution already deployed at the client. • Ensure the continuous operation of the DLP environment. • Implement improvements to policies and provide specialized technical support. • Provide specialized support for the Forcepoint DLP environment already deployed. • Make adjustments, optimizations and updates to existing policies, rules and configurations. • Monitor DLP incidents and alerts, performing analysis and troubleshooting. • Assist the client in reviewing and continuously improving data protection policies and practices. • Integrate the solution with other tools in the environment when necessary (AD, SIEM, CASB, corporate email). • Perform troubleshooting and identify root causes of failures or unexpected solution behavior. • Produce and maintain up-to-date documentation on configurations, policies and processes. • Train client users and internal teams on the solution’s features and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting and operating DLP solutions, preferably Forcepoint DLP. • Strong knowledge of DLP policies and data protection. • Experience integrating DLP with tools such as AD, SIEM, CASB and email systems. • Knowledge of networking, security and communication protocols. • Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve issues in complex environments. • Good communication skills and ease working with multidisciplinary teams. • Advantage: Forcepoint DLP Administrator certification or training.
