• Editing short-form ad videos (15–60 sec) for paid campaigns on Meta and Instagram — 2–3 videos per day • Editing Reels and Shorts for organic growth: subtitles, storytelling elements, dynamic pacing • Adapting UGC content and influencer videos to platform-specific formats • Filming yourself based on scripts (some tasks require appearing on camera) • Editing student testimonial videos for YouTube (3–7 min) • Updating existing videos (dates, texts, CTAs) for new launches • Using AI tools to speed up video production: auto-subtitles, AI-generated b-roll, upscaling, noise reduction • Building and maintaining templates in CapCut / DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere Pro for scalable production • Experimenting with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, HeyGen) for testing creatives • Suggesting and implementing workflows to reduce manual repetitive work • Automating updates in ad creatives (texts, dates, CTAs) without re-editing videos from scratch • Working with tools like ElevenLabs for voice-related tasks
• 1+ year of video editing experience — portfolio with short-form content (Reels, ads, UGC) • Confident use of CapCut; understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve • Understanding of formats: 9:16, 16:9, and platform-specific requirements (Stories, Reels, YouTube) • Ability to work with subtitles and on-screen text • Basic understanding of performance marketing and how ad creatives differ from organic content • Speed: 2+ finished videos per day within a 4-hour workday • Strong independence: ability to work with briefs, ask clarifying questions in advance
