📋 Description

• Be the direct contact for fire queries for the group • Review external fire risk assessments and assist with resulting actions, prioritised by risk • Conduct site visits to review fire remedials and ensure compliance • Assist with property projects to ensure fire regulations are adhered to • Perform ad hoc quality checks of external suppliers’ fire work such as alarm installation and extinguisher servicing • Complete risk assessments and review fire plans • Attend weekly fire meetings to provide advice/updates • Produce and review fire policies and procedures for the group • Document and investigate all incidents involving fire and recommend improvements • Liaise with local fire authorities where required • Monitor health and safety inbox for fire related queries • Attend group Health & Safety Committee meetings if requested • Support Health & Safety Management, Operations Team and Practice Health and Safety Representatives • Liaise with Operational Teams and Support Operation Centre colleagues • Carry out additional duties requested by partners or senior management

• Support the company H&S team, Property Team and Practices with Fire Safety requirements • Liaise with local fire authorities where required • Monitor the health and safety email inbox for fire related queries • Attend the group Health & Safety Committee meetings if requested • Support Health and Safety Management, Operations Team and Practice Health and Safety Representatives in practice as required • Liaise with the Operational Teams and colleagues at the Support Operation Centre when required • Under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, take reasonable care of themselves and others at work
