📋 Description

• Build and maintain regression-based price elasticity models across services, species, and geographies. • Apply econometric techniques (e.g. multivariate regressions, fixed effects) to inform pricing decisions. • Automate Python and SQL workflows for model refresh and re-estimation. • Support design of price optimisation algorithms and local pricing strategies. • Integrate complex datasets (sales, competitor pricing, operational metrics) into unified analytical views. • Create reusable analytics assets and documentation for operational use. • Translate model outputs into actionable commercial insights. • Quantify local price headroom and elasticity variation across clinics. • Present findings to senior stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, Ops Directors) with clarity and impact. • Contribute to Group Pricing Strategy with evidence-based recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex analytics. • Collaborative and proactive, comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams. • Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and motivated by solving commercial challenges through data. • Proficiency in Python (pandas, stats models, scikit-learn) and SQL. • Strong command of regression techniques and model validation. • Experience in price elasticity or demand modelling in multi-site industries. • Advanced user of Power BI, Excel, and data visualisation tools. • Deep understanding of price–volume–mix dynamics and marginal profitability. • Ability to balance statistical rigor with commercial pragmatism. • Experience in regulated or transparent pricing environments is a plus.
