📋 Description

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of local and national marketing campaigns • Act as a key point of contact for clinics, providing marketing support and guidance • Create, review and quality-check marketing content across social media, internal communications and campaign materials • Support social media planning, content scheduling and performance reporting • Manage key marketing platforms, including Google Business Profiles and Meta Business accounts • Analyse campaign performance and produce insights and recommendations • Support brand development projects and ensure consistency across marketing channels • Prepare presentations, reports and stakeholder updates • Manage campaign tracking, marketing administration and marketing operations activities • Work closely with clinics, internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver campaigns effectively, on time and in line with brand standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a marketing, communications or business support role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to build positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop • Experience within a marketing team environment (desirable) • Campaign coordination experience (desirable) • Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools (desirable) • Familiarity with Google Business Profiles, Meta Business Suite or similar platforms (desirable) • Experience working with creative teams and asset development (desirable) • Understanding of marketing metrics and reporting (desirable) • CIM qualification, or currently working towards one (desirable) • Experience within the veterinary sector (desirable)
