📋 Description

• Take ownership of end-to-end product quality across the web portal, APIs, mobile applications, and data pipelines • Design and execute comprehensive manual test plans for web applications, REST APIs, iOS and Android mobile apps, and backend services • Verify the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of data flowing through ETL pipelines and integrations • Conduct exploratory and regression testing to identify edge cases, uncover bugs, and catch regressions early • Create, maintain, and organize detailed test cases, test data, and defect reports • Collaborate with Mobile, Platform, research, engineering, and product teams to ensure consistent quality standards • Test RESTful API endpoints, responses, and integration logic using Postman or Insomnia • Triage defects with developers and product managers, reproduce customer-reported issues, and ensure fast resolution • Act as the final quality gate before release across complex enterprise environments

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of QA/Engineering experience, including at least 3+ in a senior or lead QA role • Strong background in manual testing across web, API, and mobile applications—both iOS and Android • Experience testing REST APIs using Postman, Insomnia, or curl • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL validation, and structured data (JSON, CSV, SQL) • Familiarity with SQL for querying databases and validating backend data • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documenting defects and test coverage • Ability to prioritize multiple programs and QA scope for large releases in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and documentation skills
