📋 Description

• Support delivery of assigned global Quality system initiatives to improve compliance and promote consistent quality practices across sites • Partner with process owners and site teams to implement practical, risk-based processes supporting customer satisfaction, product quality, and business growth • Implement agreed quality improvements and support manufacturing excellence activities • Track project milestones, support process harmonization, assist with change adoption, and report performance data with improvement suggestions • Escalate issues affecting priorities, policy, compliance risk, or resources to the line manager and quality leadership • Support development, implementation, and maintenance of assigned QMS procedures • Collect inputs for Management Reviews and follow up on assigned actions • Track KPIs and Quality Costs, highlight trends and improvement opportunities, and propose corrective actions • Support harmonization and standardization activities across global healthcare sites • Share knowledge between sites, collect site-level feedback, and propose best-practice solutions • Maintain and improve processes and tools supporting quality and compliance activities • Work with process owners and Corporate IT on requirements definition, testing, implementation, and user support • Support change management and communication activities; prepare communications and training materials • Track adoption of approved processes and tools and escalate implementation issues • Support standardization, simplification, and harmonization of procedures and processes • Coordinate document reviews and implementation through approval and change control processes • Manage and support assigned team members and project resources • Set tasks and objectives, plan workloads, identify training needs, and escalate capacity constraints
