📋 Description

• Develop and implement operational strategies and programs supporting Jabil's US growth objectives • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve complex operational challenges related to new business integration, scaling, and opening new sites/buildings • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies • Collaborate with business development, sales, and site leadership to translate growth opportunities into operational plans and resource requirements • Manage project portfolios, including scope, resources, timelines, and budgets • Conduct operational assessments and audits to identify improvements and ensure compliance • Develop and deliver training programs on new processes, tools, and best practices • Monitor KPIs and report on initiative effectiveness, recommending adjustments • Act as a subject matter expert in manufacturing operations, supply chain, and logistics • Foster operational excellence and continuous improvement across the US organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in operations management, process improvement, or operational development within a manufacturing or supply chain environment • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large-scale operational improvement projects • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly desirable • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, including budget and timeline accountability • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) • Ability to travel frequently, up to 75%, to various Jabil US sites and customer locations • Experience in a contract manufacturing or electronics manufacturing services (EMS) environment is a plus
