• Assist in the development and oversight of global Energy & Facilities strategy • Provide Energy management expertise and leadership in the region • Oversee energy management initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce energy usage/cost • Create, manage, and implement regional Energy & Facilities management programs • Develop and maintain energy policies, procedures, and programs • Technical writing and proliferation of policy and metrics in the region • Identify and implement cost reduction ideas yielding quantitative results • Coordinate with internal and external customers on energy & Facilities issues
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred (Energy & Sustainability, Facilities / Engineering management) • Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience, and a proven track record in facilities management, energy, sustainability or similar roles • Facilities Energy Management & Legislation subject matter expert • Demonstrate continual improvement in Facilities Management / Energy management practices • Good communication skills (at all levels) • Project Management experience (construction / building services knowledge). • Flexibility is essential as this role will involve work and travel throughout the region (expectation approx. 50%) • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
