🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record in analytical or operational roles (Business Analyst, Operations Specialist) with increasing responsibility and a strong problem-solving mindset. • Tech-savvy with excellent Google Sheets capabilities, experience with CRM solutions (ideally HubSpot), and integrating off-the-shelf functionality into legacy systems. • Demonstrated ability to create standard operating procedures, document processes effectively, and navigate/improve operational systems in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
