• Full ownership of the information business’ and personal brand growth • Leading strategy and daily execution across marketing, sales, operations, and client delivery • Building and managing a high-performance team across creative, sales, and ops (includes closers, editors, designers, head of media, and ops support) • Structuring and owning the client experience, including program design, delivery operations, and community development • Implementing and scaling operating systems • Direct collaboration with Alex Micol, founder and public-facing talent • Iterating the business model and optimizing for conversion, lifetime value, and scalability • Collaborating with Scalers and ATO (Affiliate Takeover) teams to leverage infrastructure, traffic, and top-tier talent
• Proven experience operating and scaling an info, coaching, or digital education business • Strong understanding of content-driven funnels, digital product models, and organic + paid customer acquisition • Operator–marketer hybrid: can build structure and drive growth across functions • Experience leading remote teams with cross-functional ownership (creative, media, delivery, sales) • Deep organizational and executional rigor; systems thinker who builds from scratch • Comfortable managing complex projects, running team cadences, and delivering against weekly/monthly KPIs • Familiarity with EOS or other entrepreneurial operating frameworks • Comfortable working across time zones: EU/Dubai strongly preferred, East Coast U.S./Canada acceptable with overlap
