📋 Description

• Guide clients through onboarding, implementation, and system optimization initiatives • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes, goals, and operational needs • Evaluate operational practices and develop implementation strategies and workflow recommendations • Identify implementation risks and opportunities • Guide clients toward scalable and efficient solutions • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout implementation • Lead implementation engagements from onboarding through launch and transition • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations • Coordinate implementation activities and monitor client progress • Proactively address implementation risks and challenges • Support transitions to ongoing support and account management teams • Conduct system audits and workflow reviews • Assist with configuration challenges, operational workflows, and system utilization • Deliver training, consulting, and guidance to maximize platform value • Translate complex functionality into practical recommendations and actionable next steps • Partner with Product, Support, Research, Client Success, and other teams • Share client feedback, workflow insights, and implementation trends • Contribute to implementation resources, standards, onboarding best practices, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 3+ years of experience in implementation, consulting, client success, customer onboarding, professional services, or related customer-facing roles • Advanced consulting, communication, and relationship-building skills • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and client engagements simultaneously • Ability to analyze business processes and translate client needs into practical system solutions • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills • Ability to travel up to 25% for client engagements, conferences, and business needs • Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PT) • Reliable high-speed internet access • US citizenship or Green Card status with no special circumstances, living in the US • Experience working within SaaS, software, or technology environments preferred • Experience supporting onboarding, implementation, or client adoption initiatives preferred • Experience facilitating training, consulting engagements, or workflow discovery sessions preferred • Experience working with business systems, operational workflows, or process improvement initiatives preferred
