• Jalasoft is looking for a highly skilled Senior/Lead Vue.js Front-End Developer to join our talented team. In this leadership role, you will drive the development of innovative, high-performance web applications using Vue.js. You will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, ensuring coding standards, and architecting robust front-end solutions. 🎯 Requirements

• **Must-Have** • - **Proven experience** leading frontend teams, defining coding standards, and ensuring high-quality delivery. • - **Strong coordination skills** to align with Product, Design, and Backend, and to break down and manage team tasks effectively. • - **Ability to take ownership** of complex features end-to-end and make solid technical decisions. • - **Experience mentoring** other developers and guiding best practices in Vue and frontend architecture. • - **At least 7+ years** overall experience in frontend development. • - **3+ years of hands-on experience** with Vue.js (**Vue 3 preferred**). • - **Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)** and solid understanding of **TypeScript**. • - **Knowledge of component-based architecture** and reusable UI design. • - **Experience with HTML5, CSS3/CSS Frameworks**, and responsive design principles. • - **Ability to translate Figma wireframes** or partial UX designs into pixel-perfect, functional components. • - **Good understanding of UX/UI fundamentals** and attention to design details. • - **Familiarity with RESTful APIs integration** and asynchronous data handling (**Axios, Fetch**). • - **Experience with modern build tools** such as Vite, Webpack, or similar. • - **Basic knowledge of unit testing frameworks** commonly used in Vue.js projects (**Vitest, Jest, @vue/test-utils**). • - **Version control using Git/GitHub** (branching, pull requests, code reviews). • - **Good communication skills**, proactive collaboration with designers, backend devs, and QA. • - **Fluent in English**. • **Nice-to-Have** • - **Experience with Telerik components** (Kendo UI for Vue or other UI component libraries). • - **Experience with CI/CD pipelines** and build automation. • - **Performance optimization and profiling** of Vue apps.
