• Take a hands-on approach to legal work at Jane • Work directly with General Counsel and Legal/Finance teams • Review contracts, research advice on risk considerations • Design and improve standards and processes to manage legal risk • Engage in problem-solving in a collaborative team environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, paralegal, and/or compliance advisory work • 3+ years of experience owning projects end-to-end • Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills • Thrives in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrates ethical integrity and discretion • Experience with scaling companies or entrepreneurial environments
