📋 Description

• Join JaneX staff developer role to implement AI features for healthcare practitioners. • Lead design of Jane’s AI architecture; guide tools and systems for AI-powered features. • Collaborate with teams to build tools, data pipelines, APIs; influence company direction with cutting-edge tech.

🎯 Requirements

• Depth and diversity of experience, already operating at the Staff level, across multiple products and companies. • Extensive experience and ownership in design and architecture, making impactful architectural decisions across more than one team. • A University Degree in Computer or a related STEM field plus approximately 10+ years of experience (Master's or PhD may be considered with less experience; 13+ years via non-traditional paths also encouraged). • Proven experience leading technical efforts across multiple teams, driving decisions, and establishing best practices. • Desire to remain actively involved in coding while leading teams through technical challenges. • Ability to create technical roadmaps aligning engineering with strategic goals; partnering with leadership to influence business direction. • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders; collaboration with Product Managers and Designers. • Proficiency with Ruby on Rails; willingness to learn other OOP languages (Java, C#, Python, etc.).
