📋 Description

• Develop new customers in Czechia. • Maintain existing customers allocated by the supervisor. • Leading enquiries to commercial closure. • Take effective measures to make sure JA products accounting for at least 30% and ideally 50%- 100% in distribution customer’s product portfolios for every single distributor. • Responsible for solving prices and channel conflicts among active players in the market. • Have customers management including sales forecast collection, enquiry to order placement, and risks control on the stock level/release to hand over according to company rules and regulations and make sure on time payment receivables. • Report the market & sales development plans and customer portfolios updates to sales director on a weekly basis. • Good alignments and communication with headquarter functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed studies of Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies or similar subjects. • Fluent in Czech and English. • More than 2-year experience in sales of PV modules into distribution or working for a PV Distributor/Wholesaler. • Strong teamwork awareness, exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a professional, “can-do” attitude. • Technical background in solar as a great advantage to take a second role of technical manager in sub team. • Willing to travel.
