• Own and scale TikTok International, Pinterest, and Snapchat campaigns end-to-end • Support other media buyers with high-volume creative launches and ad optimizations (500+ ads per week), executed manually with zero errors in setup, targeting, or budgets • Build and run creative testing frameworks to find hooks, angles, and formats that scale profitably • Manage full campaign infrastructure: audiences, bidding (CBO/ABO), segmentation, and budget pacing • Analyze daily performance data (Northbeam, GA4, dashboards) to drive CAC efficiency and scaling decisions • Track and report funnel performance across creative, landing pages, copy, and influencer campaigns • Deliver actionable creative feedback based on performance patterns • Collaborate closely with growth and creative teams while owning results • Relentlessly monitor and adjust campaigns—including nights and weekends—to maximize performance
• Have personally managed $30k+/day in spend on TikTok AND another major platform • Experience scaling on Meta is required. Snapchat & Pinterest experience is a plus. You will be managing these platforms. • Are analytical to the core—data-driven, results-oriented, obsessed with performance • Have relentless hustle—willing to grind, check accounts nights/weekends, and constantly push for more. Ambition • Have sharp attention to detail and disciplined execution • Are systems-oriented but hands-on—willing to do the grunt work of ad launches and optimizations yourself • Are coachable and collaborative • Have a growth mindset and are a perpetual learner—constantly improving your craft • Understand e-commerce funnels and creative—able to identify what makes ads convert • Must work US EST hours
