⢠6+ years of experience in project management, product management, or a hybrid role involving both ⢠Proven ability to manage technical software delivery in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) ⢠Ecommerce experience - familiarity with online retail systems, integrations, or commerce platforms ⢠Strong technical acumen - comfortable talking APIs, integrations, and data flows with engineers ⢠Experience managing support and triage workflows, including prioritization and client communication ⢠Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with an ability to drive clarity in complex, fast-moving environments ⢠Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting as project needs evolve ⢠Demonstrated ability to synthesize client feedback, technical input, and business goals into a clear roadmap or backlog ⢠Confidence and calm under pressure; ability to keep teams aligned and motivated through ambiguity
