📋 Description

• Lead delivery and product operations across ecommerce and software initiatives, ensuring alignment on business goals, scope, and timelines • Own issue triage and support coordination - monitor incoming issues, prioritize effectively, and work with engineering to ensure timely resolution • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable work items for the development team • Drive Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros) and help maintain clear visibility into progress, blockers, and dependencies • Support pre-sales and discovery efforts, helping define solutions and delivery plans based on product capabilities and constraints • Communicate proactively with clients, ensuring expectations are managed and risks are surfaced early • Track and manage project budgets, deliverables, and change requests • Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to improve internal workflows and delivery practices • Assist in documentation, release coordination, and transition from project delivery to support

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management, product management, or a hybrid role involving both • Proven ability to manage technical software delivery in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) • Ecommerce experience - familiarity with online retail systems, integrations, or commerce platforms • Strong technical acumen - comfortable talking APIs, integrations, and data flows with engineers • Experience managing support and triage workflows, including prioritization and client communication • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with an ability to drive clarity in complex, fast-moving environments • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting as project needs evolve • Demonstrated ability to synthesize client feedback, technical input, and business goals into a clear roadmap or backlog • Confidence and calm under pressure; ability to keep teams aligned and motivated through ambiguity
