📋 Description

• Leading, coaching and supporting a small team of Onboarding Executives • Setting clear objectives and providing regular feedback and development opportunities • Managing resource planning to meet business demand and onboarding priorities • Developing and continuously improving onboarding processes, governance, reporting and tracking • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving accountability for key milestones and deadlines • Ensuring all operational, compliance, IT and business readiness requirements are met ahead of launch • Proactively managing risks and resolving challenges before they impact delivery • Championing best practice and continuously improving the way we support our franchise network • Monitoring onboarding performance and sharing insights to help drive better outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills • Excellent project management, planning and organisational abilities • A proactive, solution-focused mindset • Confidence making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • A continuous improvement mindset and the confidence to drive change • Experience in operational delivery, onboarding, implementation or mobilisation roles (desirable) • Insurance experience (advantageous) • Proven leadership experience from a supervisory or management role (Ideal)
