📋 Description

• Find bugs, defects, and regressions • Design, implement, execute, and debug test cases and automated test scripts • Validate and document completion of testing and development • Verify fixes and help ensure successful releases through exploratory and regression testing • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents • Develop testing plans and scenarios based on functional requirements and technical specifications • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities within a cross-functional development team • Identify, record, document, and track bugs • Perform regression, exploratory, and system testing • Monitor and maintain bug backlogs • Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve decision-making and efficiency • Apply ethical standards and responsible human oversight when using AI • Identify opportunities to improve processes, training, and tools • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years professional experience • Strong diagnostic skills to properly test software and measure product quality • Technical background to create testing scenarios from functional requirements and detailed specifications • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and writing SQL queries • Experience with QA testing on ERP type applications/systems • Must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship; Jenzabar does not sponsor applicants for work visas
