📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from customers who have started their insurance search in the app • Help customers compare more than 55 insurance companies and find an option that fits their budget • Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions • Help customers finalize their insurance policy during the call • Explain insurance options clearly to customers • Use company tools and technology while handling multiple tasks • Provide customer service remotely by phone

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a high-standard or top-tier retail environment, such as Apple, Microsoft, Lululemon, Nordstrom, Disney, or Costco • Enjoy helping people and maintain an upbeat attitude throughout the day • Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple screens while speaking with customers • Ability to provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for full-time hourly employment • Valid P&C license is requested on the application form, but the posting states candidates without an insurance license can receive employer-paid training and exam
