• 5+ years of experience in advertising, creative production and/or creative strategy • Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels • Strong grasp of what makes creative perform: hooks, pacing, iteration, testing frameworks • Experience leading agency and production partners to maximize output quality, collaboration, and performance alignment is a plus • Analytical comfort — you can interpret data and use it to refine creative direction • AI fluency — comfortable experimenting with generative tools to streamline workflows, analyze data, or expand creative possibilities • A deep passion for advertising and storytelling • Understanding of full-funnel marketing • Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
