📋 Description
• Manage the JerseySTEM 14-week Externship program • Coordinate the recruitment of interns • Onboard interns and ensure they have a positive experience • Organize virtual learning and social events for college students • Engage with students and university advisors

• Familiarity with early career members • Ability to work with little direction • Meticulously follow up with internal and external stakeholders
