📋 Description

• Support the integration of Jiko’s products into client and partner systems • Collaborate with a talented team of product and engineering colleagues • Improve API documentation to guide customers • Assist customers in identifying suitable APIs • Serve as a point of expertise for integration-related inquiries • Influence product roadmap based on customer feedback • Conduct acceptance tests to validate product changes

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally within a technology-driven or financial services environment • Proven experience in mapping data fields between disparate systems, understanding data transformations • Strong experience in REST APIs, JSON and tools like Postman, to present API endpoints, test and validate requests • High attention to details, strong analytical and problem-solving skills to triage and troubleshoot integration issues • Proactive follow up on customer requests • Passionate about customer experience, with deep empathy for end users.
