🎯 Requirements

• ****Required Qualifications****** • - Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in the Florida Bar • - Minimum of five (5) years of litigation experience • - Proven ability to draft persuasive pleadings and motions, and argue effectively before courts • - Strong case management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple matters under pressure • - Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills, balancing independence with collaboration**** • **Preferred Qualifications** • - First-chair trial or appellate experience • - Experience with complex commercial disputes or class actions • - Background in consumer law or eminent domain litigation • ** Attitude & Habits ** • - Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a litigation team • - A competitive mindset who will advocate on behalf of clients • - Ability to act as an ambassador for our firm, approaching every situation with poise and confidence • - Comfortable participating in conferences and other activities associated with running a successful line of business within our firm
