📋 Description

• Design JTX across web and mobile, including order entry, market data, charts, positions, execution visibility, onboarding, and wallet flows • Take features from problem definition through UX and final UI • Own and improve the design system and token library used by engineers • Contribute to marketing design, including landing pages, social assets, and launch materials • Support design work for other Jito products as needed • Release designs, observe real usage, and continuously improve • Work closely with engineering and product on important product decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong product sense and ability to explain design decisions • Ability to identify and explain hierarchy and clarity issues on busy screens • Comfortable working across research, UX, and UI • Ability to work independently and involve the team in important decisions • Proactive collaboration with engineering and product • Comfortable giving and receiving direct, specific feedback • Fluent in Figma • Comfortable working directly with token-based design systems • Preferred: experience designing consumer B2C crypto or fintech products, or hands-on trading experience • Preferred: experience with trading terminals, exchange, or brokerage products • Preferred: experience with consumer fintech apps at scale • Preferred: experience with data-dense or real-time interfaces, dashboards, analytics, or live data visualization • Preferred: experience with self-custodial wallets, Solana, or EVM products • Preferred: experience building or maintaining a token-based design system
