📋 Description

• Oversee facilities operations across multiple contracts • Manage comprehensive FM delivery across multiple locations • Build influential relationships with stakeholders from site level to the executive suite • Cultivate strong client relationships and conduct quarterly business reviews • Orchestrate end-to-end facilities services including M&E maintenance, cleaning, and pest control • Ensure services exceed KPIs and SLAs while championing continuous improvement • Recruit talent and provide coaching and development opportunities • Prepare insightful monthly reports, manage variances strategically, and identify cost optimisation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar management position • Extensive understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, security, and building automation systems (BMS) • Proven experience managing C-level stakeholders • Financial acumen including budget management and P&L responsibility • Project management across multiple service streams • Solid technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and facilities technologies • Understanding of banking operations and regulatory landscapes • Inspiring people leader with skills to build, develop, and motivate teams
