📋 Description

• Report to the Deployment Manager • Utilize analytical skills across business requirements and process analysis, configuration and execution plan development, configuration, testing and implementation • Solve identified client and system issues • Develop test cases and test strategies • Create and maintain business requirements across multiple projects • Elicit, analyze and document requirements with stakeholders • Design scalable end-to-end business processes, including controls and efficiency metrics • Collaborate with and support technical staff in developing and enhancing solutions • Prepare and execute test strategies, plans and matrices • Prepare and execute training for business users • Support business users and systems management with complex business issues, risk assessments, recommendations and solution implementation • Participate in testing exchanged data for accuracy, completeness and validity • Monitor projects to ensure client application solutions meet business and functional requirements • Collect, analyze and interpret consumer information for client-specific objectives • Define, implement and maintain data quality, consistency, usability, security and availability best practices • Manage change requests and analyze project impact • Present consumer insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders • Identify and communicate opportunities for additional services, product usage or integrations • Collaborate with Deployment, Customer Success, Integrations and other teams to support client requirements and objectives • Perform other projects and responsibilities at the manager’s discretion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science • 3+ years of relevant software experience • Experience conducting business needs analysis sessions and workflow assessments • Experience creating business and functional requirements documents • Prior experience or knowledge of use case development • Proficient in MS Proj Plan, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel • Prior experience in an external customer/client-facing environment • Strong strategic analytical skills • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal staff, executives and stakeholders • Knowledge of analysis techniques and tools, including soliciting and documenting business and system processes • Proven ability to understand a complex technical environment • Experience conducting business assessments and analysis and interpreting results into multifaceted enterprise solutions • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, continually changing environment • Knowledge and ability to understand and negotiate complex risk • Ability to work across internal departments to solve client issues • Experience working with Corrigo/Maximo/CMMS systems is a plus • Some domestic travel required
