📋 Description

• Take full ownership of Data Management processes and timely, accurate setup of data for client instructions • Review and analyse tenancy documents using expert lease knowledge • Share expertise to improve team efficiency and development • Review abstraction input to ensure data quality and dataset integrity • Transfer lease data, funds, properties, units and lease records accurately into the management database • Process data setup and amendment requests according to JLL best practices, SLAs and KPIs • Manage client, property and lease data migration for transitions • Conduct data reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and manage resolution • Support reporting and control of critical event management • Act as the main contact for data maintenance and setup queries • Assist with internal and external audit information gathering • Organise and complete data quality audits and reconciliation exercises • Develop and improve data management processes, tools and standardisation • Manage and facilitate colleague training and development • Participate in project work and complete other duties supporting data quality

🎯 Requirements

• Expert knowledge of legal lease documentation • Knowledge of Data Assurance principles • Strong IT skills, including MS Excel formulas such as V-Lookup, X-Lookup, conditional formatting and pivot tables • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Previous experience working within a data management environment • Knowledge of property management accounting systems, including Yardi Voyager and MRI Horizon • Self-motivated and proactive • Quick learner • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines • Adaptable
