📋 Description

• Oversee operational aspects of assigned retail properties, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and tenant services • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports • Build and maintain tenant relationships, address concerns, and support lease compliance • Lead, mentor, and develop the on-site team • Coordinate capital improvement projects, renovations, and major repairs from planning through execution • Conduct regular property inspections • Prepare reports and presentations for ownership on property performance, market trends, and recommendations • Manage vendor and contractor relationships and negotiate service agreements • Ensure compliance with regulations, lease agreements, JLL policies, and risk-management requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 7–10 years of commercial property management experience, including at least 5 years in retail property management • Proven experience managing multi-tenant retail properties with operational and financial success • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial statement analysis, and cost-control strategies • Exceptional leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in property management software systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and financial reporting tools • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits and stakeholder meetings • Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), or Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation preferred • Experience with regional shopping centers, lifestyle centers, or mixed-use properties preferred • Expertise in lease administration, tenant improvement coordination, and lease renewal negotiations preferred • Capital project management experience preferred • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and environmental initiatives preferred • Bilingual capabilities preferred • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
