📋 Description

• Track, analyze, and update space data • Develop scenario and occupancy plans for the client’s portfolio • Foster relationships among local teams, the client’s CRE Team, and internal JLL teams • Plan and manage portfolios while maximizing space • Analyze qualitative and quantitative supply-and-demand data • Facilitate the space audit program and portfolio reporting • Produce monthly reports and update space data • Validate and manage site audits • Track and manage utilization data and trends • Gather space and adjacency requirements • Update space layouts and develop space-planning and block diagrams • Develop and implement occupancy strategies and migration sequencing plans • Maintain updated stack plans • Perform test-fits • Maintain CAFM data accuracy for space, neighborhoods, and employee allocations

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in strategic space/occupancy planning • Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or a related field • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and cell calculations • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills • Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS software • Proficiency with AutoCAD for basic test-fits and square-foot calculations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to solve data limitations and clean up data creatively • Proactive and innovative approach to challenges • Adaptability and comfort with change • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team • Strategic thinking • Nuvolo experience • Bluebeam experience
