📋 Description

• Manage and lead projects from inception to completion within agreed timelines and budgets • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members • Lead and motivate project teams and foster collaboration • Develop comprehensive project plans and track progress • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues • Track project finances and provide accurate cost forecasts • Implement quality control measures to meet project and client standards • Identify process enhancements and implement innovative project management practices • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry • Proficiency in project management software • Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders • Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Professional certification in project management (PMP) preferred • Experience working in a global and matrixed organization preferred • Knowledge of industry-specific building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards preferred • Familiarity with digital tools and technologies in project management preferred • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills preferred • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment preferred • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning preferred
