📋 Description

• Direct a comprehensive product strategy from product conception and definition through end of life • Lead design, modification, evaluation, and delivery of product solutions • Manage a team of Product Managers, Product Specialists, and Production Support staff • Deliver the approved 3-year ERP strategy and roadmap • Collaborate with global and regional finance partners to design and implement technical solutions • Provide product expertise and maintain strong relationships with finance and business partners • Manage ERP Order to Cash robustness and resolve priority issues • Establish a performance management framework for process efficiency, issue resolution, and business value • Drive future ERP strategy and delivery for JLL • Gather business needs and translate them into functional specifications • Perform gap analysis and assess technical and business impacts of proposed changes • Support rollout of new modules and features across business units and geographic regions • Create and maintain functional specifications, system documentation, and process guides • Streamline business processes through system configuration and automation • Manage operational issues, reporting, resolution, and mitigation strategies • Ensure timely, accurate deliverables with minimal post-deployment errors • Interface with Oracle and third-party vendors • Oversee the product development lifecycle from conception and requirements gathering through launch and iteration

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2, ideally in the real estate or a similar service industry • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field • Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules, with expertise in the Order to Cash process • Strong understanding of financial close processes and month-end support requirements • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage complex projects, and deliver results • Experience supporting at least one global ERP rollout • Excellent communication and presentation skills • PeopleSoft certifications in Financial Management preferred • Oracle Accreditations preferred • Experience with process automation tools and emerging technologies such as GenAI applications preferred
