📋 Description

• Support all aspects of JLL’s Strategic Sourcing methodology • Manage high-volume sourcing, procurement and vendor management activities with short RFP cycle times • Provide specialized contracting and sourcing of third-party facilities management services • Maintain contracts and vendor databases • Research suppliers, interview vendors, and negotiate prices and specifications • Manage RFPs, including vendor research, contract and spend analysis, proposal collection and summarization • Coordinate RFP packages and release them to vendors • Ensure contracting and procurement standards are maintained across the portfolio • Collect, analyze and report on client satisfaction, SLAs and KPIs • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on contracts, spend and savings • Create and analyze small RFPs, price proposals, financial reports and contractor capabilities • Conduct market and spend analysis to drive cost savings and supplier improvements • Manage customer expectations and communications • Develop procurement programs and process improvements • Lead project management for equipment sourcing and installations at client locations • Ensure compliance with JLL standard processes and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in a professional, fast paced environment • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access • Knowledge of SpendHQ and Corrigo is a plus • Strong organizational and analytical skills; problem solving ability • Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service • Professional verbal and written communication • Highest professional standards of behaviour and adherence to the JLL Code of Ethics policy • Bachelor's degree • Knowledge of Federal Procurement Policy and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) for facility services and/or construction • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
