• Lead and deliver complex, multi-sector MEP and critical infrastructure projects from inception through closeout • Lead a team of project managers • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables • Oversee project management processes for critical infrastructure facilities • Manage preconstruction activities including design, entitlements, bidding, and permitting • Oversee execution activities including schedules, commissioning, and closeout • Serve as the primary senior-level contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams • Develop and maintain project budgets and master schedules • Oversee due diligence, documentation, contract/vendor selection, and performance management • Interface with engineers, architects, property managers, vendors, and client leadership to integrate MEP systems into existing infrastructure • Identify, manage, and escalate project risks • Attend and lead internal, client, and vendor project meetings • Review drawings and resolve design and technical issues • Oversee field activities • Manage schedules, budget tracking, change orders, and approvals • Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to clients and management • Drive innovation, process improvement, and results
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required • Minimum 8-10 years project management experience • At least 5 years overseeing MEP-heavy and/or mission-critical projects • Prior direct people management experience • Experience supervising/mentoring multiple project managers and managing all project phases from inception to closeout • Experience working with institutional, corporate, and mission-critical facility clients • Track record of excellence in client relationship management and delivery of complex projects • Strong understanding of JLL’s standards of service, business ethics, and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and wellness • Ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams; experience in coaching, talent development, and conflict resolution • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Highly organized with advanced analytical and data interpretation skills • Strong financial acumen for budget development, tracking, and reporting • Deep understanding of mission-critical facility uptime standards • Professional Engineer (PE) license or similar relevant certification preferred • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred • Project management and safety certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA) preferred • Experience leading national teams and leveraging cross-discipline teams preferred • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
