📋 Description

• Clinically promote J&J’s portfolio of medicines across prioritised NHS Trusts to optimise appropriate patient access • Complete structured self-led and expert-led training • Lead business-plan implementation within NHS Trusts • Deliver agreed tactics in partnership with the National Sales Manager • Develop an in-depth understanding of NHS Trust health priorities, local pathways and patient-journey interconnectivity • Hold clear, balanced and engaging conversations with healthcare professionals about licensed medicines • Support local account plans and agreed sales activities with managers and cross-functional colleagues • Plan and prioritise customer engagement across assigned NHS Trusts and local healthcare organisations • Explain appropriate treatment options, pathway developments and opportunities to improve patient access • Support educational activities for healthcare professionals • Maintain product, therapy-area and competitor knowledge • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to demonstrate brand system value and deliver sales, financial, marketing and brand objectives • Build trusted relationships with customers, disease-state experts, speakers and advocates • Develop and implement customer call plans • Use CRM reporting, data and dashboards to manage activity and drive performance • Gather and share market intelligence and tailor engagement using customer preferences, personas and digital channels

🎯 Requirements

• Recent Graduate with a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Biosciences or Business Management related field • Full UK Driving License required • Experience of a clinical setting either through university course or work experience is advantageous • Highly motivated individual with a positive and progressive mindset and drive to succeed • Individual who sets high standards and expectations and aims to improve • Demonstrated ownership and accountability • Willingness to learn new skills and evolve ways of working • Open-minded and embracing of challenges and change • Ability to work compliantly within J&J policies, codes of conduct and the ABPI Code of Practice
