• Job Title: Safety Manager • Location: United States (No Market-specific) • Company: Job&Talent • About Us: Jobandtalent is a leading tech-enabled marketplace for temporary labor dedicated to providing innovative workforce solutions on a global scale. • Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Leader to join our growing team and report directly to the Head of Risk Management and Safety. • Key Responsibilities: Safety Program Implementation: Lead the execution of safety programs and initiatives ensuring safety standards meet or exceed OSHA and other regulations. • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure safety in all aspects of staffing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Risk Management, Environmental Health, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing with Safety experience. • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices. • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic safety programs and risk management strategies. • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams. • Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30, CSP (Certified Safety Professional), or similar credentials are a plus. • Ability to travel to client sites within assigned region
