📋 Description

• Drive high-impact design projects from concept to delivery • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams • Define and drive the UX strategy for your product area • Mentor and support other designers • Champion customer-centric design thinking throughout the product development lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience • Portfolio showcasing polished, impactful user experiences for web or mobile SaaS products • Mastery of design tools such as Figma and Figjam • Ability to address customer pain points with innovative solutions • Expert visual and interaction design skills • Strong communication skills to explain impact and design rationale • Experience in mentoring and supporting other designers • Familiarity with complex product ecosystems and interconnected workflows • Experience designing for fintech products is preferred.
