📋 Description

• Develop and execute a consistent posting strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest to grow our audience and engagement. • Create and schedule posts, Reels, Stories, and captions that align with the brand tone and visual identity. • Monitor page performance using analytics tools and provide monthly growth reports and insights. • Engage with followers daily—responding to comments, DMs, and brand mentions to foster community. • Identify, contact, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and publishers for collaborations. • Assist in the setup and management of our affiliate marketing program—recruiting creators and tracking results using a platform such as BixGrow (or similar). • Support campaign planning for product launches, photo shoots, and new content initiatives. • Join studio sessions and brand photo/video shoots to observe behind-the-scenes or social content. • Stay current with social media trends, emerging tools, and best practices in the watch and fashion industry.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand. • Proven track record of growing Instagram/TikTok accounts and improving engagement rates. • Excellent content planning, caption writing, and basic graphic/video editing skills. • Experience managing influencer or affiliate partnerships. • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, Metricool, or Planoly. • Strong communication and organisational skills. • Creative mindset and an eye for clean, stylish brand aesthetics. • Must be based in Nigeria, comfortable working remotely, and available for weekly virtual or in-person meetings in Lagos.
