🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, or in a legal support role • related Bachelor's degree in legal studies • Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken) • It’s a plus if you have a background dealing with medical records • Excellent communication and writing skills • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment • Professional maturity and understanding of office protocols • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Empathy and client-focused mindset • Commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
