📋 Description

• Assist with items processing including proof work, Fed adjustments, fraudulent items as applicable • Communicate with vendors and make recommendations on hardware/software pertinent to current project • Assist branch associates in project/problem resolution • Ensure daily duties such as ACH, wires, OLB, card management, return mail, system maintenance, etc. are completed as assigned • Monitor daily system reports for erroneous, fraudulent and/or suspicious activity • Ensure all account documentation is accurate and compliant • Research application exceptions to ensure correct disposition of items • Ensure that all problems and issues are communicated to management • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the Bank in the community and making appropriate referrals regarding new business • Other duties may be assigned as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree in business and/or at least some experience in banking industry applications or the education and/or experience that would enable performance of the full scope of the position; hardware and software experience lending an understanding in setting parameters in software to act as team leader in development phase. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and measurement units.
